INGREDIENTS :
Wheat Flour, Modified Starch (Maize) (Sulphur Dioxide) (Gluten), Salt, Flovourings, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soya), Hydrogenated Palm/Rapeseed Fat, Colour (E150), Dextrose, Onion Powder, Yeast Extract (Salt) Whey Powder (MIlk).

For allergens see ingredients in bold. Other production utilises handle Celery, Mustard, Egg, Fish.
USAGE INFO :
Mix he Original Gravy Mix with Cold Water. Bring to the boil, stirring continously. Simmer for 5 minutes and use as required. 500g of mix with 6.6 litres of water, 2.5kg with 33.3 litres of water.
